ABSTRACT

Effectively stimulating the endogenous impetus of relatively poor college students is a practical problem of subsidizing work. In this study, the incentive factors for the endogenous impetus of relatively poor students were analyzed in detail based on grounded theory, a model of the endogenous impetus development mechanism was developed, and suggestions were put forward for improving the endogenous impetus of relatively poor students from three aspects, which aims to improve the financing effect of universities and promote the comprehensive development of students.
