ABSTRACT

College English intensive reading takes up a large amount of class hours in the college curriculum system, and benefits the most students. The training of critical thinking ability, which is based on the teaching content of college English intensive reading and expressed by multimedia means, is of great significance to the formation of students' creative thinking. College English teachers should pay attention to infiltrating the teaching idea of improving students' critical thinking ability into all aspects of the course teaching in the teaching process of college English precision course. Speculative ability is the ability and willingness to make theoretical and objective evaluation based on sufficient rationality and objective facts. In order to improve students' Comprehensive English level, in addition to the training of language knowledge and skills, it is also necessary to cultivate students' cognitive skills and emotional characteristics in combination with critical thinking, so as to realize the unity of form and content in language learning. This paper discusses the strategy of critical thinking training in College English intensive reading class, and constructs the training mode of critical thinking talents.
