ABSTRACT

with the rapid development and progress of the times, in the context of economic globalization, People’s quality requirements are also increasing. The collaborative management of the quality chain is necessary for enterprises to meet customers' needs and enhance their strength and market position. In this study, the related content of quality chain is studied using the method of literary analysis. Firstly, the origin and concept of quality chain collaborative management are checked, then, on the basis of integrating and analyzing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, the characteristics of quality chain collaborative management are studied, and then the division of construct dimension of quality chain collaborative is integrated. Finally, the Operation Mechanism of quality chain collaborative is expounded. This study provides the train of thought for the related research and the promotion of the collaborative management level of quality chain.
