ABSTRACT

Popular dance major in comprehensive colleges and universities is a kind of practical and applied major. In order to improve the employment status of graduates of this major, colleges and universities need to reflect on and optimize the talent training mode according to the social demand for employment, so as to enhance the employment competitiveness of popular dance students. This paper analyzes the employment trend of graduates in comprehensive colleges and universities with dance majors, analyzes the problems of the training mode of popular dance majors in comprehensive colleges and universities, and discusses how to optimize the training mode of talents.
