ABSTRACT

Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia is an atypical pathogen pneumonia that ranges in severity from mild to severe with multiple organ failure. Due to the lack of specific clinical features and rapid and simple means of diagnosis, there is a high rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in clinical work. Therefore, this article reviews the clinical characteristics of chlamydia ptactaci pneumonia patients, the application of mNGS technology in diagnosis and treatment, in order to improve the diagnosis rate of the disease by clinicians for accurate treatment.
