ABSTRACT

In vocational colleges, the role of employment guidance for students is becoming increasingly prominent. Students are facing changes in the job market and an increase in employment challenges. Therefore, targeted employment guidance is particularly necessary. This guidance not only assists students in finding jobs but also plays a positive role in career planning and personal development. This article deeply explores the current status of employment guidance for vocational college students, emphasizing the significant value of this field and how to construct a more comprehensive employment guidance system.
