This paper aims to explore the construction of a language service system for the Hainan Free Trade Port from the perspective of stakeholders. With the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port, language services play a significant role in promoting cross-cultural communication, expanding international cooperation, and driving economic prosperity. This study focuses on relevant government departments, enterprises, and residents of the Hainan Free Trade Port as the primary research subjects. Data is collected through methods such as surveys and in-depth interviews to analyze the language service needs and expectations of different stakeholders. Based on this analysis, recommendations are made for constructing a language service system that aligns with the characteristics and requirements of the Hainan Free Trade Port, aiming to achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.
