The employment of college graduates has always been the focus of the Party and the country, and how to help college graduates to achieve high-quality employment is the focus of the current higher education. As a member of the university teachers and management team, college counselors should base on their own work reality, effectively help college graduates to achieve high-quality employment, and achieve the phased goals of life.
