ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of information technology, digital economy has become one of the important pillars of the global economy. In the background of digital economy, the accounting industry is also facing great changes and challenges. The traditional accounting work is transforming to the informationization and digitalization direction, and the demand for the compound accounting talents is getting higher and higher. Therefore, how to improve the quality of accounting personnel training based on information technology, has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper mainly analyzes the application and influence of information technology in the training of accounting talents, and puts forward the strategy of improving the quality of accounting talents training based on information technology, the paper also discusses the practice and educational research on the improvement of accounting talents training quality based on information technology to promote the development of accounting teaching information and improve the teaching quality and effect.
