Ovarian Sertoli-stromal cell tumor (SLCT) is a rare tumor. We report an adolescent SLCT patient and strengthen our understanding of the disease through literature review to understand its clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods and treatment, so as to avoid misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis and over-treatment.
