Diabetes osteoporosis is a common secondary bone Metabolic disorder, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine categorizes it as "diabetes" combined with "bone dysfunction". Through consulting the related literature of diabetes induced osteoporosis, this paper summarized the TCM understanding of the disease, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, and clinical treatment, with a view to providing some evidence and reference for clinical practice.
