ABSTRACT

Due to the changing times, people's views on sports and the need for social development are also changing, and popular sports are currently gaining widespread attention around the world. This paper uses the literature method to briefly describe the emergence and growth of mass sports in western developed countries, the effective ways to carry out mass sports in western countries and draw on them to discuss the current and future development path of mass sports in China.
