Sun Simiao's concept of medical ethics and the traditional Chinese medicine culture behind it are one of the core elements of the Chinese cultural spirit, representing China's unique ancient wisdom. Chinese as a foreign language is not only a language teaching but also an essential channel for cultural transmission. Language is the carrier of culture, and learning Chinese is bound to understand the culture behind the language. This article conducts in-depth research and exploration from three aspects: the promotion value, current difficulties, and communication strategies of Sun Simiao's medical ethics concept to assist in the international dissemination of Sun Simiao's medical ethics concept, showcasing the wisdom and charm of traditional Chinese medicine culture, benefiting the people of various countries, and contributing the "Chinese strength" to the international health industry.
