How to Understand the Relationship between Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and Chinese Civilization

ABSTRACT

The reason why the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics has long-term vitality is inseparable from the basic role of Chinese civilization. It has come from the 5,000-year history of Chinese civilization and has grown and grown under a specific national civilization background, gradually becoming a modern form of Chinese civilization. At the same time, it will also contribute to the worldwide development of Chinese civilization. This article explores the relationship between socialism with Chinese characteristics and Chinese civilization from both diachronic and synchronic perspectives, trying to comprehensively and profoundly explain the relationship between the two and the significance of socialism with Chinese characteristics to the worldwide development of Chinese civilization.
