ABSTRACT

The construction of Hainan Free Trade Port has a significant impact on the development of foreign trade in the new era. Relying on the regional advantages, we should do a good job in the superposition and integration of the free trade port policy system and RCEP, so that Hainan Free Trade Port can play a pivotal role in the market connectivity, industrial integration, rule convergence, and factor allocation between China and ASEAN, and become an important intersection of the two markets. In this process, the problem of minor language service is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper takes the construction of Thai minor language service as an example to explore the strategy of ASEAN minor language service construction under the background of Hainan Free Trade Port.
