Consumer psychology has increasingly penetrated into enterprise marketing activities. How to better grasp the laws of consumer psychology and behavior plays an important role in the market development and marketing model of enterprises. Therefore, under the guidance of consumer psychology, this paper analyzes the marketing innovation model. The experimental survey data shows that in the context of after-sales recommendation, the extroverted personality (41.2) has a higher average value of psychological inversion than the introverted personality (39.5).
