ABSTRACT

The library shoulders the functions of spreading culture, information, education and other aspects. The library of higher vocational colleges is an important space for teachers and students to learn, share and promote their growth, and is also one of the main positions of university education. Therefore, attaching great importance to the construction and publicity of libraries in higher vocational colleges can help improve the utilization rate of book resources, promote the learning progress in various provinces, and form a good learning atmosphere in schools. Based on the problems faced by higher vocational college libraries at the present stage, such as inaccurate positioning, lack of resources and insufficient publicity, this paper analyzes the characteristics and development direction of higher vocational college libraries. Taking physical education colleges as an example, this paper explores the development countermeasures of higher vocational college libraries in the new reading era, with a view to putting forward some suggestions for promoting the strategy of cultivating high-quality new talents in China.
