ABSTRACT

Objective: PCSK9 is a protein-coding gene which has been implicated in the formation of atherosclerotic plaques in related studies. Nevertheless, there is limited research on the manifestation of it in atherosclerosis and the underlying mechanisms. Data mining and experimental verification were used to ascertain the expression level of this study in the atherosclerosis rat model.
