ABSTRACT

Perianal necrotizing fasciitis is an infectious disease with serious clinical manifestations and high mortality rate. When the diagnosis of the infection is unclear at the early stage, according to the summary analysis of the diagnosis, clinical manifestations, treatment and postoperative treatment of perianal necrotizing fasciitis, timely opening of debridement treatment has extremely high reference value for patient prognosis, which can reduce the risk of disease and mortality, and timely and effective comprehensive treatment can avoid the deterioration of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
