ABSTRACT

The global epidemic in 2020 has made family sports the main way to keep fit for all and an effective way to promote health by means of sports during the global fight against the epidemic. This study starts from the problems faced by health promotion in the new period, analyzes the practical value of family sports and its positive role in health promotion under the background of epidemic prevention and control, and puts forward effective countermeasures to guide and intervene family sports, aiming to provide theoretical and practical reference for the development of family sports in health promotion.
