ABSTRACT

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of "school-enterprise cooperation, combining work with study" talent training mode in electrical engineering and automation specialty, and puts forward the corresponding concrete countermeasures, in order to make the talent training better serve the development of regional economy and society.
