Enterprise internationalization is the mainstream trend of the development of Chinese private enterprises. Beijing Xiaocheng Technology Co., Ltd. was jointly initiated by five shareholders including the listed company Xiaocheng Technology in 2000 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010. The company specializes in integrated circuit design and provides products and solutions for smart grid and smart city. This paper introduces the internationalization process of Xiaocheng Technology, then finds out its internationalization motivation and country selection, and finally analyzes the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic on business operations and countermeasures.
