"1+X" certificate system innovates the talent training mode which is an important reform measure and system design of vocational education reform, is conducive to the training of high quality compound technical talents. New energy power generation simulation platform can provide a full range of high fidelity power station simulation system, which can effectively support the innovation and reform of teaching methods and improve the teaching effect. Taking a college as an example, this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing the "1+X" certificate system, and takes a series of reform measures such as introducing the simulation platform of new energy generation, forming a set of effective and shareable teaching reform plan, which can be used for reference by similar colleges.
