The research finds that the concept of service contact mainly focuses on three perspectives: service contact from the perspective of interpersonal dynamics, service contact from the perspective of overall service system, and service contact from the perspective of technology introduction. The dimension of service contact is mainly divided into interpersonal service contact and technology service contact. The measurement of service contact includes two aspects: traditional service contact elements and mobile Internet-based modern service contact.
