ABSTRACT

This paper realizes the research and judgment of the transportation emergency management situation and emergency capability level, clarifies the connotation of the transportation emergency management system, combines the components of the transportation emergency management system and the emergency process, and establishes the transportation emergency management evaluation index system. The scoring and application of the method verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the indicator system, provides a foundation for supporting the construction of the transportation emergency management system, and improves the transportation emergency management level.
