With the development and progress of China's medical causes, in clinical practice, acupuncture and moxibustion have become an effective means to treat stroke, diabetes, and other diseases. However, it has been criticized for its remarkable curative effect, small side effects, and fewer adverse reactions. In this paper, the starting point is to select acupoints suitable for the patient and have affinity for the patient or can make the wound heal better or worse, to study, analyze and discuss the interaction and influence mechanism of legacy factors before and after traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion, and to study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion by discussing the changes of brain blood pressure in different dose groups and control groups after the treatment of stroke. The results show that acupuncture and moxibustion are mainly used to eliminate common trace elements, brain tissue fluid, and nerve plexus disease in stroke patients. Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment has a good control effect on the brain blood pressure of stroke patients and can maintain a good pressure value even after the sequelae are complicated. This shows that acupuncture and moxibustion have good therapeutic effect and safety on the sequelae of stroke.
