ABSTRACT

Success or failure of education depends on teachers; The quality of a teacher depends on his ethics. The burden of the replacement of physical education teachers will directly point to the prospective PE teachers, whose professional moral quality plays an important role in the national education system project. It is found that there are some core problems in the professional ethics of prospective PE teachers, such as lack of mature awareness of patriotism and law abiding, lack of professional identity, lack of experience of "love of education", weak awareness of teaching, lack of initiative to set up as a model for teachers, and difficult to establish and develop the concept of lifelong learning. The path choice is put forward: perfecting the professional course system of professional ethics of prospective PE teachers, paying attention to the infiltration of teachers' ethics in the process of practical teaching; Perfect the supervision and management of professional PE teachers in colleges and universities, establish and perfect the professional discipline reward and punishment system of prospective PE teachers; Carry forward the moral model spirit of full-time PE teachers in colleges and universities, and bring into full play the role of the model power of full-time PE teachers in colleges and universities; Create a cultural atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education, and strengthen the penetration of teachers' ethics through network media.
