The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage. As an important part of the national economy, military enterprises are not only related to national security, but also a key force driving high-quality economic and social development. This paper makes a pest analysis on the high-quality development of Mianyang military enterprises to clarify their political, economic, social and technical status. Then analyze the problems existing in the high-quality development of military enterprises, such as more science and technology, less transformation, more enterprises, small scale, and unreasonable industrial structure. Finally, combined with the current situation of military enterprises, it puts forward suggestions on high-quality development path.
