The balance of hydroelectric power generation has a large impact on the realization of economic, social and other benefits maximization. In this paper, we analyzed the demand of five continents, the supply of water from river dams, and combined with the maximization of benefits to make a reasonable planning of water resources. We performed a sensitivity analysis, considering the effect of the parameters in the model on the satisfaction, and wrote summary articles for managers, explaining the results and giving our recommendations.
