ABSTRACT

There are a lot of studies on tourist satisfaction and tourism image perception in the field of tourism research, but tourists' psychological preferences are influenced by a variety of factors, and the impact of tourism image perception on satisfaction still needs to be studied in depth. Therefore, this study analyzes the relationship between tourist satisfaction and tourism image perception by web text of 20 different types of well-known attractions in Shenzhen. The results show that the tourism resources perception has the most significant impact on satisfaction, followed by tourism facilities and services, and social environment. The findings of this study contribute to the construction of tourism and the environment in the economic center city with the high development of science and technology innovation, and promote the construction of ecological civilization and sustainable development.
