ABSTRACT

In order to analyze the effect of humanistic care in the implementation of outpatient nursing in grass-roots obstetrics and gynecology, and finally improve patient satisfaction. In this study, 70 patients treated in the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were divided into groups according to the parity grouping method, of which 35 patients were treated according to routine nursing as the control group and the other 35 patients receiving humanistic care as the observation group to observe the nursing effects of the two groups. The nursing satisfaction and effect of the two groups were compared. It was found that the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The results show that the integration of humanistic care into the outpatient nursing work of obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve the patients' recognition of the service quality of community hospitals, which is worthy of application and promotion.
