The quality of engineering projects has always been related to the stability of people's livelihood. At the same time, the quality of construction enterprises is also an important part of the country's realization of a quality power. With the continuous progress and development of urban construction, enterprises have more and more requirements for the effectiveness of quality management practice. This study explores the connotation and division of quality management practice of construction enterprises, analyzes the measurement perspective of quality performance, and summarizes the influence of quality management practice of construction enterprises on enterprise quality performance, which provides theoretical reference for the effective implementation of quality management practice and the improvement of enterprise performance in the future.
