ABSTRACT

Shonda Rhimes, American drama creator, is a leading figure in Hollywood feminism whose works consistently tell female stories and focus on women's living world. This paper studies the correspondence among female characters and the evolution of feminist thoughts and the feminist characteristics in Shonda Rhimes’ works, where she completes her exploration of self-feminist expression. On this basis, this paper focuses on the reasons for the formation of feminist ideas in his works.
