ABSTRACT

With the continuous advancement of the times and the gradual increase in the quality of people's living standards, people pay more and more attention to education, especially in college education. The implementation of the people-oriented concept can further improve the management of college education and promote the healthy development of college education. The following will explain the basic connotation of the people-oriented concept from the perspective of university education, and then explore and analyze how to effectively apply the people-oriented concept to education management.
