ABSTRACT

In the new period, brand-new requirements are put forward for the cultivation of talents in Colleges and universities, focusing more on the cultivation of practical and applied talents. In the process of organizing education work, teachers need to pay more attention to dance teaching, and make innovation on specific education ideas, effectively implement the application-oriented talent training strategy, and effectively innovate specific education measures on this basis, so that the majority of students can achieve innovative development in the field of dance art. Next, this paper mainly analyzes the current situation of dance teaching and the application of the concept of applied talents, and on this basis, makes reasonable innovation on the specific optimization path, so as to realize the effective cultivation of professional and quality-oriented talents.
