Taking the three elements Resource-Humanity-Benefit (abbreviated as RHB) to be the systematic strategic thinking for the development of ecotourism poverty alleviation, this article analyzed the current situation of ecotourism poverty alleviation in Luhuo County, pointed out the existing problems, and pertinently proposed targeted solutions.
