ABSTRACT

“Marimba Concerto” is a marimba concerto created by Rosaro. It combines the form of concerto and marimba together, pushing the unique timber of marimba to the front of the stage, highlighting the acoustic effect of marimba, and improving the musical expression of marimba. In this work, full display of marimba's unique timbole characteristics and emotional expression, this paper will take the music characteristics of marimba as the main entry point, in-depth analysis of the music characteristics of this work.
