ABSTRACT

In order to make the food system more perfect, we first evaluated the existing food system that focuses on profitability and efficiency in two aspects: selecting the number of hungry people and the value of food production as attributes to construct the TOPSIS model evaluation selection In the food systems of 102 countries, it was found that there is a significant gap in the scores of different countries. Statistics show that since 1972, the annual output of food has fully met the needs of the world's population, and unreasonable distribution is the key to the existence of the food crisis [1]. We also made a reasonable explanation with data in terms of freight and yield per hectare, and made relevant suggestions. In the end, we selected Japan in developed countries and China in developing countries to verify our optimization model, and concluded that the current food system rating can be improved by improving the grain transportation process.
