ABSTRACT

The development of vocational colleges has put forward higher requirements for teachers' scientific research literacy and ability. Currently, vocational college teachers have weak awareness, lack of knowledge and skills, insufficient time and energy, imperfect support and incentive mechanisms, and poor cooperation and communication in terms of scientific research literacy and ability. To solve these problems, it is necessary to explore effective driving strategies from the aspects of improving incentive mechanisms, strengthening training system construction, building cooperation platforms, and creating a good scientific research atmosphere, in order to enhance the scientific research literacy and ability of vocational college teachers and promote the career of vocational colleges to a new level.
