ABSTRACT

The concept of "preventing disease before it occurs" is one of the core theories in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. It focuses on adjusting the physiological and psychological states of the human body before the onset of disease, thereby enhancing the body's immunity and resistance to achieve the purpose of preventing diseases and promoting health. This paper starts from the basic concept of the "preventing disease before it occurs" concept and explores the treatment principles followed in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors, providing the application value and methods in clinical practice. Through literature review and analysis of the experience of famous doctors, this paper explores the application of the "preventing disease before it occurs" concept in the prevention of different diseases and also looks forward to the future of this concept in the development of modern medicine.
