With a long history of its establishment and development, the construction and operation of university music museums has become an integral part and is receiving increasing attention from various sectors in contemporary society. This paper uses Xinghai Conservatory of Music Museum as a case study to analyze its composition and construction concepts, explore innovative features in multiple fields such as music and culture communication, public education, and pedagogy. The current study aims to provide relevant insights and experience for the construction and operation of university music museums, while at the same time explore new philosophies of the development of music museums.
