With global energy structure transitions and increasing power demands, China's power transmission and transformation equipment industry chain faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Industrial 4.0-driven intelligent manufacturing technology is being increasingly applied to this sector, creating a pressing need for skilled professionals. In this context, cultivating intelligent manufacturing engineering professionals is crucial. This paper proposes training strategies tailored to the specific needs of China's power transmission industry, addressing the demand for intelligent manufacturing professionals in the sector.
