ABSTRACT

Youth is responsible for the prosperity of the country, and a strong youth leads to a strong country. Youth is the hope of the country and the nation. High school students are in a critical period of forming their worldview, outlook on life, and values, and urgently need the guidance of socialist core values to help them establish the correct "three outlooks" and clarify the direction of their life development. Values are important guides in life, influencing people's choices and closely related to the future and destiny of the country and the nation. High school ideological and political education is the main course for educating high school students on core values. We should give full play to the role of ideological and political education, guide students to fasten the "buttons of life", and help high school students internalize the socialist core values in their hearts and externalize them in their actions, truly achieving the unity of knowledge and action.
