ABSTRACT

As a crucial technical tool in the field of modern biomedical research, the application of cell culture technology in tissue engineering has opened up new ways for the repair and regeneration of damaged tissues. This paper aims to explore in depth the innovative applications of cell culture techniques in tissue engineering, covering many aspects, such as the diversification of cell sources, continuous advances in 3D culture techniques, and the wide application of bioreactors in the cell culture process. Through the innovative application of cell culture techniques in tissue engineering, scientists are constantly breaking through the limitations of traditional technologies and pushing tissue engineering to a higher level.
