As one of China's provinces with the richest cultural tourism resources, Sichuan boasts a profound historical heritage and diverse natural landscapes. Nevertheless, the development of the cultural tourism industry still faces challenges such as resource dispersion and an incomplete industrial chain. The development of cultural tourism industry clusters presents a crucial pathway to address these issues. By consolidating related resources and promoting the collaborative development of the upstream and downstream sectors of the industry, it can significantly enhance the overall competitiveness and sustainability of the industry. This paper analyzes the current state of Sichuan's cultural tourism industry, explores the core concepts of developing cultural tourism industry clusters, and proposes specific strategies, aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for the high-quality development of Sichuan's cultural tourism industry.
