ABSTRACT

This paper aims to delve into the significance and approach of researching Zhuangzi's philosophy of life. Firstly, by providing an overview of Zhuangzi's life and his philosophical ideas, the basic viewpoints of Zhuangzi's philosophy of life are introduced. Secondly, the paper explores the historical, cultural, and practical significance of researching Zhuangzi's philosophy of life, and analyzes the approaches to studying it, including textual analysis, philosophical interpretation, comparative studies, and applied research. Based on this, the challenges faced by researching Zhuangzi's philosophy of life are pointed out, and the future development directions are outlined. Through the study in this paper, a more comprehensive understanding of the value of Zhuangzi's philosophy of life can be gained, and theoretical support can be provided for its application in contemporary society.
