ABSTRACT

Intercultural communication is becoming increasingly important in the context of globalization today, and English, as an international common language, plays a key role in cross-cultural communication. The effective implementation of English education is crucial to cultivating students' cross-cultural communication ability. Discussing the effective implementation strategies of English education in the context of intercultural communication makes some suggestions in terms of teaching content, teaching methods, teaching resources and teacher training. The implementation of these strategies will help to promote students' understanding of different cultural backgrounds and improve their intercultural communication skills, thus better adapting to the global social environment.
