ABSTRACT

This paper investigates the quality control of prefabricated buildings from the perspective of green construction. It analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated buildings, discussing their features such as rapid construction, cost-saving, and environmental sustainability. Subsequently, it identifies the existing problems, including insufficient construction techniques and standardization, issues regarding resource utilization and environmental protection, as well as quality and safety hazards in construction. Furthermore, it proposes optimization strategies, which encompass strengthening standardization and regulatory construction, promoting the application of green building materials, and enhancing quality supervision and safety management. Through the discourse on optimization strategies for the quality control of prefabricated building construction, this paper provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the field.
