ABSTRACT

This article aims to explore the integration of music education and ideological and political literacy in higher education, with the goal of cultivating students' comprehensive qualities. By analyzing the inherent connection between red ideological and political culture and higher education music, delving into their interactive relationship, and exploring how to effectively integrate elements of red ideological and political culture into music education, this study seeks to promote students' comprehensive development.
