ABSTRACT

Based on the principles of economics, this paper comprehensively applies the principal component analysis method to establish a mathematical model, analyzes the differences between urban and rural consumption levels in Chongqing, makes reasonable predictions according to the gray prediction model, and forecasts the establishment of Chengdu Chongqing economic circle and the subsequent impact of the epidemic. The results show that: (1) the proportion of the output value of the tertiary industry in the GDP of the region will increase steadily in the next five years. (2) Chongqing Municipal Government should promote the three major industries and guide the growth of residents' income and economic development simultaneously.
